Anyone know any good comic book podcasts now that comicvine’s isn’t a thing anymore? They were one of the few things keeping me semi up to date since I’m still in a reading slump and I haven’t gotten around to finding another one yet.
Also while we're on the subject some funny anime podcast recommendations would be welcome as well. God I miss podtaku, they made me laugh so hard I barely got anything done listening to them but still.

Tears.
Tears everywhere.
Podtaku is over. I don’t know why it’s getting to me so much. I haven’t listened to the newer podcasts, I took a step back from it awhile ago but now that it’s over, it hit hard. I started following them when they had maybe 8 podcast out? I saw them grow, sat through their live stream, followed them onto hummingbird, got noticed by Holden, watch them meet irl for the first time, have the panel, build j-taku. Now I watch it end and it’s all like the ending of Nana all over again. It could have faded away slowly but I’m glad we got our goodbyes. It will be remembered for all of its great moments.
😢
podtaku is over..
still haven’t been able to calm down from the news... but anyway, thank you members of Podtaku/ J-taku for everything you’ve done for me. I will forever be grateful. I’m gonna miss the show more than you guys can imagine, yet I accept and respect your decision and wish you all the best.
I loved podtaku since i was a sophomore in high school. I am now in my second term of college striving to be animator. Podtaku helped me through very hard times of my life, their stupid fights and great debates helped calmed down my anxiety and depression. They always brought a smile to my face. Great things come to an end sadly and i understand this, all the people will be doing great in future and the only thing i wish i could’ve done was actually join and talk with them on debates (something every fan wished they did).
Everyone was great, i will miss them screwing around with each other but im happy for them all for striving their futures.
R.I.P. Podtaku
My favorite anime podcast. D:
