Moon
You are shining brightly tonight, my love
It was like yesterday when we became one
With blinking stars and hidden hues
What is the night without you, my moon
What am I without your glow?
547 days, that’s when you cast your light over me
That’s when I casted the crimson star aside
That’s when I casted the molten rocks deep beneath my crust
You might orbit around me my love, but my world wouldn’t exist without you
38 degrees, my heart burns without your touch
222 degrees, Uranus is warmer than me without you
38,880 minutes for our love to complete
And only 0.1 seconds for me to fall in love
What is the night without you, my moon
Christmas Love
Oh under the mistletoe, your lips met mine
Candy canes in jars and cookies on shelves
The ground is covered in snow
The roof is pilling with white
It’s a winter wonderland yet a bitter storm we are yet to survive
But at least I am in your arms
Fed love that warms me up better than the fire ever can
Oh under the mistletoe, I am glad it is you
Cranberry sauce and whipped cream dripping off of our chins
Our hearts are doused in sugar
Sweeter than that of the chocolate that lingers on the tip of our tongues
Sweeter than that of the snowflakes dancing against the surface of our bedroom window
Oh under the mistletoe, we smile until our cheeks hurt
You and I
I and You
Ugly sweaters and presents littered around the house
If Christmas meant red and green
You and I, we would mean love
For under the mistletoe, I know we belong

Sunshine
━━━━━━━━━━━
Like the flowers blossoming in spring,
And like the butterflies wandering around,
You’re sweet like frosting on cake,
And warm like a cup of tea,
For whoever you may be,
Whether wearing a mask made of frowns,
Whether wearing a mask made of smiles,
You’re like the sunshine invading my room,
For maybe not all of you is warm,
And for maybe not all of you is good,
But behind those walls you have built I see treats,
Because damn you are sweet,
Yet all they see is bitterness
Poem Box
asleep; i'm asleep; drifting and whirling and dreaming and dead; alone and above and below rest your head; asleep my eyes closed my breath slowed my; alone in bed and consumed with dread
feeling a deep spiritual connection with this rn
Once I was an Innocent Mind/ Undimmed and sharp untouched by Time/ Once I was a Triple Tone Slut/ Touched by all and all for what? / Once I was a revolutionary king/ a crown of thorns and a following / Once that was taken away, what then? / For when it leaves, I start again.
I’m not sure if you wanted me to publish this or not but gosH it’s so lovely I couldn’t resist!! Wow thanks for sending this to me :)))
