Hi 👋🤍 I’m mae & i wanted to know that, as a person w adhd who consumesd lots pf carbs and sugar to help her keep focus but got over weight and now wants to lose weight. What is a healthier replacement for sugary stuff and caffeine that helps us boost our focus? Ps. I’m also not on medication bc of corona

I used to do Slimming World, and it was really good at helping me lose weight, and one thing they said was that as long as you switched out fizzy drinks for the zero sugar alternative, you could drink as much as you wanted of it.

You’ll want to avoid coffee, I suppose, but Diet Coke/Pepsi has caffeine and is sugar free. I live off that stuff, honestly. 

Also, you could try taking Fish Oil tablets. You can buy them in regular shops, and they’re usually with the other vitamins, which tend to be kept with the painkillers. Fish Oil is supposed to help with ADHD symptoms.

IRAAAAAAAAAAAAN

I'll be going to Iran in a week and I'm so freaking happy. I can't even begin to explain, first thing I will see my dad whom I haven't talked to in a month or so, nor have I seen him in 4 months almost.  I will be going to Tehran, Qom and meet my aunt and my cousins who I haven't met in 12 years.  I will finally go to Ziarat.  I will buy 100 kilos of lavashak and pofak, and lots of other stuffsss hehe... but this is the most important things. Anyways, bye
