kasen was used to being invisible. he was used to people not seeing him, walking through the world like a ghost -- except that he actually was a ghost. kasen knew he was no longer among the living. he realized it when he woke up one day and just felt different. he didn’t feel cold, he didn’t feel warm -- he just felt..empty. everybody around him didn’t even realize he was there. the part that really solidified his suspicion was when he was able to just kinda materialize wherever he wanted. one minute he was in a room, the next he was outside just by kinda thinking about it. poof, there he was. he didn’t look any different -- not what he thought a ghost would look like but there he was. all spooky and shit. he usually minded his own business, not sure why he was still here but never really thought about it. honestly the boy doesn’t even remember dying. his memories about a lot of things in his life were blurry. he just figured that was part of dying..you lose yourself a little. one of his favorite things to do was sit on the edge of the roof of his apartment and people watch, since they couldn’t see him but he could see them, so that was where he was perched just like every morning for as long as he could remember now.
