Only in silence the word, only in dark the light, only in dying life: bright the hawk’s flight on the empty sky.

8,11 and 15 for the anime ask thingy :)
8. anime character you are most like
I used to look like Sheska from FMA, but nowadays, I don’t really know.
11. anime you didn’t expect to like but did
My watching preference is so limited tho that I can’t think of any anime like this. Maybe Log Horizon, bc even tho it takes “MMO becomes real” theme far more interesting SAO, it has it’s flaws.
15. anime you never get sick of watching
Sailor Moon.
Hi :) might I ask you what kind of microphone you use to record your singing? Have a nice day :)
Sure! I hope you you don’t mind if I answer this publicly, I’ve gotten a couple asks about this since I posted the audio.I have two mics that I use, depending on the project. The recording of I Dreamed a Dream was done on a Sterling Audio ST77 mic. I think that, unfortunately, it’s discontinued now? If you watch on musicians friend or guitar center’s websites, you can get them used for like $200 sometimes, which is an amazing deal at half what they were new (I’m kind of crying a little about it, and want to buy a used one as backup “just in case” haha).Even though I didn’t use it for the recording you heard, I do a lot of recording on my Blue Baby Bottle mic, too. It retails for about $400, and is such a nice mic for that price. I love the Baby Bottle because it has an incredibly warm, rich sound to it that is very reminiscent of vintage tube mics (that easily cost two or three times as much). Now, I don’t know know what you’re looking for a mic for, so your mileage may vary. If you’re looking for a mic to record professional quality recordings, I can’t emphasize enough how happy I am with the above mics. I’m a professional musician who puts bread on the table with recording (and performing), so I invested in some really quality equipment for my home studio. If you’re looking to record some things for fun, probably neither of these are particularly good options. Both require powered pre-amps and audio interfaces (I like the PreSonus brand, personally), which can run upwards of $800 more, depending on what features you’re looking for.On that note, if what you’re looking for is a decent plug-and-play mic for recording straight into a computer, Blue makes some really nice little desktop USB mics.This...is probably a lot more information than you were looking for. Sorry, I just get really passionate about recording, it’s my favourite part of my job. lol
