i finished witcher 2 (it was actually really short? i was almost done when i stopped before) and then tw3 was on sale... i'm all about the question marks so far

yay!!!!!!!  i am absolutely loving Witcher: Wild Hunt.  lol, i’ve heard that from a couple people about TW2, and same people seemingly stopped playing fairly near the end. so they went back and then bam, they were like an hour from the end. hahaha

the question marks on land are great. I’ll go to those all day.  So like, the early areas.  Velen, Novigrad areas.   But then I got to Skellige, which is a bunch of islands and there are just tons of smuggler caches everywhere in the water, and they’re just a pain and most of its just junk items. so, you can make a lot of money but it takes forever and you get overburdened very easily. so then you gotta go back to shore. and they’re less fulfilling than the land question marks, which can sometimes lead to liberating a little town or something. 

this is the only thing i’m finding pretty blah in this game so far, the water caches.

@pointless-nonsense​ replying in a post since this is a sideblog but i JUST saw this and i wanted to say i love you for sending it as im always up to be bugged about this shit and that i actually watched ‘this fool’ sometime last year! i lost my mind when i saw them haha!!

i actually didn’t even realize they worked on it lmfao i just accepted it without thought. that makes sense tho. very cool to see more stuff with them on the creative side, i really liked this fool! excited for season 2

i think if your boss is generally reasonable you go with something like "i don't feel comfortable doing that", and if not... you maybe wonder if getting fired is a bad thing?

she’s..... kind of reasonable. but she doesn’t find much problem with like... bending drug rules and laws........ and mostly if anything happened it’d all fall on her but it still makes me very uncomfortable. 

this situation, i ignored her request.  she had another employee do it.... :/ :/ :/ :/ 

what she’s doing isn’t hurting anybody, and honestly a lot of vets do it... its just... i don’t want to be part of it.  its not like she’s asking me to hide a body or anything tho

but yeah, its probably best to not even be around this kind of stuff to begin with. :/ :/

there's about 15 male and 15 female faces to choose from, but you almost never see your own face. you can make your armor pretty though?

not necessarily eating people, but that would help, but resting to convert your earned XP into levels (but try to treat sick people first, because disease spreads when you sleep)

I had to let some dude die because i was wondering around, trying to get back to the pub at the start to heal a guy actually, but I was running into mobs that were too hard for me. and one of those groups was an event where i had to save a dude. and I just couldn’t do it at my power lvl. and so I had to eventually go to sleep and he died D:

I didn’t really know about the disease spreading like that.  I don’t know how the sickness shit works yet really.  I just kind of figured out combat a bit D: D: 

but its fun so far.

ha, when that came along i was mildly disappointed because i felt like felicity jones would have been pretty hot in that uniform if they'd reversed outfits, but i guess if it worked for the interested-in-dudes crowd that's less disappointing... since i do feel like you all tend to get shortchanged more often

that would have been nice too.  i guess since the character who walked in was original male, they needed another guy to get into that outfit? so the clothes fit okay and so its not a super surprise when a differnt looking person comes out??? but they could of had it be a woman

can i say tho it was nice just having a movie that i can’t even recall a scene where the female lead was blatantly visually sexualized by the creatives.  but i’m sorry you didn’t get her in an imperial uniform. 

they really could have just given both of them uniforms and we all would be pleased.   i thought she was kind of cute peaking out of that helmet tho, honestly.  :)
