I want to give a shout out to: isabellephantomhive, phantomhiveraven, theyarentdogbiscuits, say-woof, animam-immortalem, nocens-nobilis, and poisoned-by-the-contract for giving me the best roleplaying experience in this fandom and accepting me. (one is an OC but an oc i hold dear) The canon characters they portray are so on point that I've found new love for them in the actual manga. And for that I am grateful.

 ♦ ---------- They weren’t the exact words she wanted to hear, but helped nonetheless. It was more an assumption - a gut feeling she had from watching her dear cousin. Ciel was precious to her in more ways than one, and his happiness was a priority. To imagine that someone else could make him happier than she could made her heart ache. Sure, sometimes she went overboard with her attempts to cheer him up, but what else was she to do?    “I know you wouldn’t.”  Elizabeth stared back at Ciel before giving him a smile, one that wasn’t as bright as her usual. There were still so many doubts in her mind that she wanted  to voice, but was frightened to on the chance they’d push Ciel further from her. That was the absolute last thing she wanted to do.    “I just worry that someone will try to take you away again. Perhaps I’m being silly.”

   Doll dropped her fork, which was a rare thing indeed. She was certainly taken off guard, letting a bit of her breakfast go uneaten. After a minute, she got over the surprise. A big, dorky grin appeared on her face.   “Aw, yer sweet, Smile!” She said, unable to do anything but tease him, her tone slightly mocking, since that was the only thing she could do without being very awkward. “I’m touched ta ‘ear tha’, I really am.”
