My parents' line of work is in transgender medicine (specifically FTM transition) so they've accumulated a bunch of gender-centric zines over the years. So far I've uncovered issues of Polaris, Boy's Own and Press for Change ranging from 1998 to 2002 (there's probably more but I need to dig). Here are a few pages at random. I'm interested to know if there are any archival projects looking for materials like this - if so, I'd like to take the time to digitize them properly.
