Well folks, they did it again. Captain Rex has his Umbaran night-vision visor in literally only ONE SCENE of yet another episode. 

And it’s not the only animation error he’s had: his helmet had the wrong textures on the centerpiece, his holster-drapes were missing from his legs in the air-duct scene, AND when he takes off his helmet to talk to the Poleteks, his ears shrunk!

It’s seems Rex is suffering from many animation errors--even oddly specific ones....
