Re: windows and pollen, early spring here in North Carolina really is intense. Like, when my partner and I were flying back from London a couple weeks ago and were approaching our home airport, Raleigh-Durham International (RDU), I looked out the window, and the sky was marked by a yellow haze. In some years, we get a "pollenpocalypse." This year, it was only a "pollening," but even that is A Lot™.
With spring and all the tree pollen, my allergies around this time last year were absolutely fucking crazy. I was practically bedridden for a couple days, it was that bad. I'm thinking of starting on Claritin-D, which I've done in the past, as a prophylactic measure. I do not want a repeat of what I went through last year. A bitch is getting too old for that shit!
The pollenpocalypse has begun. 🥹 I love spring but oh the allergies.
