2009 starten Alexandria Carter und ihr Freund ThePlayHouse auf der DIY Plattform Etsy. In einer kleinen Werkstatt in New York, die sie selbst The Asylum nennen, überarbeiten sie in ihrer Freizeit Converse Sneakers im Pollock Style / aus dem Hobby ist mittlerweile ihr Geschäft geworden. November zur Ausstellung “Jackson Pollock’s MURAL” in der KunstHalle, Unter den Linden // Alexandria Carter about her project ThePlayHouse on Etsy: “The idea for these shoes came in 2009 when I spent days at a desk and needed a creative outlet.
