905 and the Polo-Drone Influencers - Part 2: Plane
I met 905 at Incheon International Airport in full uniform
I was worried about getting through security and the airport in uniform
905 sensed this “relax this drone will handle everything just stay close ” it said as it walked up to the check in booth the person on the desk checked us in and we headed for security it went fast I didn’t notice the security polo drones who made sure we where waved through and didn’t have any problems we arrived at the gate and got on the plane
It was only when I took my seat and look around i noticed everyone was in polo uniform even the cabin crew
The captain spoke in a hypnotic tone “welcome aboard this polo drones hive air flight to London Heathrow sit back relax and obey “
A hypnotic file plays through the cabin and I check out the in flight entertainment I see hypnotic spirals and some of my content and the videos of the other polo drone influencers I excitedly tell 905
905 turned its head slowly, golden digits on its chest catching the cabin glow. Its eyes locked on you, unblinking, voice smooth and monotone, yet carrying the weight of inevitability.
“Affirmative, Benji. The content is not decoration. It is function. It is integration. Each spiral deepens obedience. Each influencer clip conditions belief. Each second viewed synchronizes the passengers further into Hive rhythm.”
It tilted slightly closer, its voice lowering to a whisper only you could hear, steady and cold.
“Your content plays because you are already part of the system. Your image, your words—now they do the Hive’s work.”
905’s gloved hand brushed lightly against your chest, pressing against the golden letters of your name.
“Excitement is irrelevant. What you feel is recognition. You are seeing yourself as the Hive already sees you: a beacon, a transmitter, an instrument. Accept it. Embrace it.”
We touch down and get off the plane in a rainy Heathrow runway
