This one is mostly to explain some dynamics, terms, general worldbuilding (I'm trying, please bear with me), scents + instincts, subvocals, social etiquette, and the Justice League

Bitching:
It started as a practice between Packs that lacked Omegas, forcing Betas to submit wasn't as rewarding to Alphas and so they started fighting for dominance. The loser(s) of those fights would change both physical and instinctually; that's how a Bitch is made.
Even so, as time passed some Alphas do started questioning their dynamic and, willingly, offered to be Bitched for the benefit of the Pack. For a lot of people, Bitches and Omegas are the same; although they share some traits their bodies are completely different, even so, most Bitches prefer being called Omegas than Bitch, mostly because of the history behind the term and others because they just find it vulgar in the sense that's completely different from the name of the other dynamics.
Characteristics:
Scent — It softens and it may turn sweeter if their scent as alpha was somewhat sweet but intense, in many cases it just softens and doesn't change anything else, but with improved medicine and science they could be able to take hormones to change their pheromones if they wished (though it's not a guarantee, it works 3 times out of 20)
Fat & Muscle — Their bodies retain more fat and lose a lot of muscle, most need physical therapy (for at least the first year) to avoid pain (spine and hips) and debilitation of limbs (mainly their legs), they also need to follow a diet and exercise once they're strong enough, just to keep themselves healthy
Genitals, Reproductive organs & Society — They don't change, it needs surgery but sensibility and functionality it's not guaranteed, if anything there may be more complications. Though they won't be able to knot anymore and may hurt if they do manage. They're infertile, they don't develop a womb and they also stop producing sperm, some people call them barren. They still go through a heat cycle but their bodies don't produce slick and have difficulties having an orgasm.
Even with modern medicine, it's difficult to find a way to help this transition, especially when society looks down on Bitched Alphas, refusing to call them omegas and more often than not telling them that if they want to be omegas so bad they may as well be treated like one, and so they are at risk of being raped (by a gang of alphas or drugged so they can't remember who it was), statistically, they don't make it past 25 years old, may it be by suicide or a hate crime.
Mating — Their fangs tend to fall off, most have either fake teeth or just empty spaces.
They have problems maintaining a bond, mostly because it may not be possible to be bonded no matter how much an alpha tries to claim them.
Breastfeeding — Sometimes they're able to produce milk, and for their safety (insurance, income, healthy workspace) they become wet nurses, they help mothers that aren't able to lactate, can't be with their pups all the time, or single fathers that can't afford formula. In marginalized communities they're very appreciated, even if most people look the other way when they're insulted and degraded.
Bitches & Omegas — Contrary to what one may think, there's little similarity between them in terms of instinct and behavior, if anything, Omegas are often considered more aggressive and irrationals unlike Bitches, who are often named as "Tamed omegas"; it's still not right.
Unlike Omegas, Bitches do not have an instinctual need to protect pups; nothing that an alpha can do to a pup will send them into a feral state.
Bitches don't need to nest, and even they will discourage the practice to one another, they don't feel the need to have a secluded space to guard themselves.
Even so, Bitches are not regarded a threat against Omegas, even a feral omega will ignore a Bitch since they don't have the pheromones or ability to hurt them in the ways that matter, as such, Feral Omegas are rather friendly with Bitches and sometimes may even protect them of Alphas.
Studding:
It started as a punishment to Omegas. By most cultures, their fertility is sacred and all those who dare to hinder it will be sentenced (to torture or death). That doesn't mean Omegas are untouchable, they have been sentence more often that not, a lot of times unfairly, but it's not death the worst punishment the court decided for them. No, taking away their ability to feel sexual pleasure and their fertility.
Studding involves mutilation and physical torture. Surgeons cutting open their abdomen and ripping out their womb, then nurses utilizing a knife (after this one was left to heat up in the fire until turning red) and without any care cut the clitoris and labia of the omega. Once that was done, the surgeon would sew the birth canal.
Some survived the practice, some didn't. Most of the ones that survived surgery died soon after because of internal bleeding or an infection, the others die mid operation.
It also involved Declawing them; since the claws make 1/3 of the finger they had difficulties grabbing things, writing, holding hands and they were in constant pain after they healed.
Studs are rare in the sense than many Omegas are too afraid to even consider changing their dynamic. Science and medicine never focused on improving these methods, so even if they don't get their clitoris cut or their birth canal sewn shut, they're still afraid of the what if. Because it happens more than people like to admit.
But, there has been some "we didn't go through torture" or "DIY" studs, though the changes are minimal and they ones who do it did it more for comfort than for actually changing their dynamics; people still call them studs.
Blunt claws — Cutting and polishing their claws to make them less sharp and looking like normal nails, it's uncomfortable at the start but they get used to it, though it is a biweekly care since they do grow fast.
Sharpening of fangs — To imitate Alpha's fangs, though some just do it to bite their mate.
Scent neutralizers — Patches and "perfumes" they utilize to hide their scent and be able to wear a different one, it could be an artificial scent or to help their transition.
Hormones — Some may take Alpha Hormones; it increases their temperament so it can only be bought with a note and documentation from a multitude of medics (psychiatrics, gynecologist) and they need to make constant appointments with a therapist so they're deemed "Sane" and mentally fit, if they fail to meet the requirements they won't get access to the hormones and will be forced to detransition.
They get more muscles and endurance, and with their size and natural behaviour they are at risk of being a threat to society, even if the world isn't as primitive. Unlike Bitches, Studs don't need physical therapy because of these changes, they require therapy for the adjustment time of the hormonal changes.
Stud/Omega — Most Studs prefer or have an attraction to Omegas, alphas often make the remark that Studs want to pretend their are alphas; there's not a real explanation but the recurring arguments Studs voice is that Omegas are less likely to commit a hate crime against them, and because alphas usually don't satisfy them sexually.
Bonds — Studs can't claim an omega, the positive thing for them it's that an alpha can't claim them.
Nesting — Even with these changes, Studs often make nesting a couple activity, they still enjoy building nests and they are constantly promoting this to other mated pairs since it's very comforting to do with someone; a good bonding activity for slow and calm days.
Pup care and pregnancy — Studs often prefer to not carry, but will enthusiastically be at their mate's side if they get a donor and help out to make it as stress-free and worth however they can.
Studs tend to be less involved in pupcare not because they don't want to, but newborns and toddlers are often confused by an Stud's scent and will get upset, so it's best if they're involved in other ways, like household and helping without being the one caring for the pup. This does upset them.
Note: It doesn't happen with Studs that don't take hormones, in those cases there's not a problem and pups are happy to have both parents care for them.
Mating/claiming marks:
Only Alphas can claim/mark Omegas.
Omegas can be marked by multiple Alphas, but often refuse because they know Alphas get possessive and may fight until one dies or admits defeat, which results in the Omega only being property of one alpha. The loser Alpha will often break their bond and abandon the Omega after feeling humiliated.
The Biting Mark didn't exist, the Alphas evolved to create the bond between them an Omegas—figuring out that Omegas were more reliable to carry pups and protect them.
While Omegas and Betas can't mark their mate, they have other ways to claim them and made it known.
Omegas — They draw lines along the length of the Alpha's arm, making patterns that come from the Omega's family or have another meaning behind them. This is strictly done with their claws, deep enough to leave a scar that rises slightly and maintains a different tone to the skin, some even make their mate to ink those scars with the Omega's favorite color.
Betas — They impregnate their scent in their mate's clothes (from the underwear to the jewelry) and even sometimes encapsulate their scent in a capsule that their mate has to carry around their neck.
Mating Hunts:
Omegas used to stay in small but tight Prides, and hid from alphas. So Alphas started chasing them and barging in their nests (either caves or circles lower than ground level that they hid with branches, leaves and bushes)
Pack Hierarchy:
Traditionally, it goes;
—Head Alpha: eldest, or because they won a fight for dominance;
—Pups: they're priority;
—Omega(s): They ensure the night protection and they will sacrifice pack members to save the pups;
—Alphas: they follow the Head Alpha and Omega(s), their disobedience is punished with banishment;
—Betas: deemed the least important and often sacrificed first;
Courting Rituals:
Depends on the species; but is seen as "romantic" when Alphas chase and force the Omegas to submit.
Scents:
First note of the scent comes from the first note of the Mother's scent.
Second note of the scent comes from the first note of the Father's scent.
Third note of the scent comes from the first note of the Beta that has more interaction with the pup.
Polybats:
They're not the norm, Packs usually keep a more polygamic structure; one Alpha to all the Omegas in the Pack.
