some bunch of lovers thoughts and situations loosely associated with my polybof fic “how to be a little bit in love with all of your friends” that filter through my head between writing chapters (aka concepts that might eventually become oneshots once i write chapter five)
- anthony and coy are certified most likely to jokingly threaten to break up over stupid play arguments. obviously. and they’re never serious and always get over it but yknow. anthony has definitely pulled the “i want to keep dating will and hanbon but WE are breaking up”
- will and hanbon are most stereotypically romantic and handle planning most of their dates, even pair dates. hanbon will hand coy and anthony an itinerary and send them off. and they always love whatever is planned
- speaking of pair dates they do that a lot. they try to keep up with each pair in the polycule so that no one feels left out.
- will and anthony keep up the roller skating thing and eventually get good at it. eventually. lots of falling over all the time before they get there tho
- anthony and coy like doing things where they can be competitive. arcades and bowling and staying in to have mario kart tournaments. it gets serious.
- will and coy are simple, they like getting dinner or going to see a movie
- will and hanbon together get the most caught up in planning elaborate excursions, to the point that their pair dates almost always turn into polycule dates because they get excited. when it is just the two of them, though, they like thrift and book shopping
- coy and hanbon have sleepovers that “the boys” aren’t allowed to join in on and coy knows he’s a boy and doesn’t care. will and anthony stay out. they’re painting nails and doing makeup leave them be
- anthony and hanbon like to bake and cook together, and then they make too much so they give some to the others. sometimes it ends in disaster and they order pizza instead
- their anniversaries are stressful imagine having to get gifts for three people. christmas too. god. they figure it out though
- it’s very rare they ALL sleep in their own beds, but the sleeping arrangements rotate because they can’t all easily fit into one bed. they agree that anthony’s is the coziest
- coy is not always the most affectionate first thing in the morning which is a shame because everyone else is.
- will remembers all their coffee orders and will get/make everyone coffee in the mornings. very cute. he’s part of the good boyfriend society
- anthony is probably the showiest with money and getting expensive gifts mr. “i’ll do you one better” *books limo to airport*
- coy and hanbon continue their tradition of getting ready together for dates, and will and anthony continue to buy them flowers. it’s a coincidence at first and then it’s a tradition
- hanbon continues her scheming but now it’s with will so they can plan dates and cute romantic gestures. they build a big and elaborate pillow fort that takes up most of the garage office complete with fairy lights and every pillow in the house.
- will picks pet names for all of them. hanbon continues the “my boys” thing. anthony calls hanbon “his girl” and will and coy are “boyfriends” (ex: boyfriends, come here!). coy is the only one that doesn’t naturally have some version of this but he will find something that works for each of them eventually, like how he calls will “babe”
- with generic phrases like “babe” or “my boyfriend” there’s definitely a lot of multiple of them/the wrong person responding. it’s confusing and cute
okay that’s all for now maybe i’ll come back with more later
