got heavily inspired and found energy to do my own ribbon and adeleine designs!! i love them so much :D definitely one of my favorites of this year already!!!

i would like to thank fashion forward and style savvy for helping me with outfit ideas because i love ribbon's default dress i gave her. my favorite dress on fashion forward!!! 🩷

graahhh this took a while but bandee and ooey (aka girl blob) was next!! i wanted to color with orange and purple since i felt like i was doing a lot of pink recently 😅

and even though girl blob is pink, i wanted to make her purple anyway (and there's an AU lore reason for why in there too)! made bandee much cooler cause i wasn't really invested in the idea of making him more soldier like, so i expanded on his little celebrity status more and put him in some sick streetwear!!! and it came out PERFECTLY!! 🧡🧡 i love my bandee so much 🥺🧡

anyways, here's the comic! i only did the bottom half of the comic and not the full thing because.. well, i dont have a coherent invincible candy kirby design that i like. i would've used the one for that one doodle i did but nah.. i wanna make an actual sheet of it later on!

first ever post about my gikabis (apart from concept sheets) ft. chuchu with a very heartwarming message :D🩷✨

some context: this drawing is actually an inspired doodle of a doodle i reposted on my twitter that i cannot find for the life of me, even in my art gallery so i decided to redraw it from memory (or really freestyle it, cause my memory of the image was slowly fading away while i was searching endlessly for an hour :') )

gave chuchu a tooth gap because i thought she would look adorable with one (AND SHE DOES‼️‼️) so if i forget it you must tell me and ill unfortunately cry a river of tears for forgetting her beautiful tooth gap and then correct the drawing

context for them all, starting with the first one; i just wanted to draw over my favorite meme i think of daily. it's normally shorted to "I DON'T FUCKING CARE" but i had the one you see up top for way longer + it describes sailor quite well. i was also using my new pen for practice so yeh :)

second one; i didnt draw chuchu at all this month so i wanted to draw her with some others. i also drew as her actual canon self cause i remembered she was a flapjack octopus and.. i need to add the little ears they have on them on her. they usually get covered by her long hair :3

third one: i was actually supposed to have a doodle like this literally after i made ado's star allies outfit but then i procrastinated and.. weh!! it was originally gonna be bandee saying the outfit was ridiculous, but i figured he wouldn't be that mean considering he literally starts fashion trends daily around the world of colors. i like to call adeleine's star allies outfit her "main character syndrome outfit", so that's why this doodle exists :P

i have more random doodles of my gikabis!!! i like doing them whenever i finish a sheet (or whenever an idea i think of is so funny to me i actually sit down and draw it when it comes to mind and not endlessly think about them)

for the first photo; bandee likes to laugh a lot so there's a lot of shit he doesn't take seriously hehe.. he's been like that ever since he was even smaller. a little giggly baby!!! for adeleine and pitch, i saw a tweet that felt so adeleine core that i had to draw it out with her saying it. it's also the reason why pitch never really talks to her when she's in the drawing zone. her own thoughts are a little outlandish to him that it confuses him sometimes! but it's okay, i understand what you mean adeleine.. it makes perfect sense... originally it was gonna be vividria here but then i remembered i dont have vividria sketched out and i didnt wanna yolo a design and make a doodle take more time because im trying to figure out what i want vividria to be... i have a really big shitpost doodle that im also gonna work on after i finish a gikabi sheet and includes the whole main cast from dl2 (excluding kirby of course), so stay tuned for that!!! :3

more gikabi doodles!!! i did this after finishing up dark matter's sheet :D! ill be doing these often after doing gikabi sheets so i dont run out of energy by doing them back to back and end up making one i dont like (which hasnt happened yet thankfully!!!).

onto au stuff; this is what kirby has to deal with often when hanging out with him and after accepting his deal of giving him food in turn for friendship. kirby doesn't really regret it cause at the end of the day it's just marx being marx!! better than true form marx at least... their adventures are on the rare side. kirby conveniently doesnt invite marx to many for a variety of reasons...

marx was then swiftly given a mint for no reason in particular ❤️ (his breath was hot)

queen ukiyaka (queen ripple) is finally done! WOO!!! 🎉🎉🎉 this took only like two days to actually finish but im still SO PROUD OF IT YAHOO!!!! my beautiful dragonfly queen 🩷

wanted her to be ryukyuan all the way, the hanagasa was the perfect hat to incorporate her crown into and i just adored the ushinchis they wear for the yotsudake!!! it fit queen ripple to a T!! :3 and speaking of this, my ribbon is also ryukyuan (half, afro-indigenous :3) heehee!!! for now im gonna take a small break on making sheets and focus on other art i wanna do. the next ones should be kracko's protege and nyupun (or sailor dee, it really depends) ((also i know i said i would do MK and DDD soon but i just do not feel like it rn 😭))
