The man on the right is a government lackey/spy for them who, after meeting the man in the middle, understands now why the government should burn. He’s from the UK and also loves fashion.
They’re both in a queer platonic relationship with the man in the middle. He is aroallo. And they’re both his caretakers. He’s a living weapon the government took advantage of in his most vulnerable time to be their machine of war and violence against any and all. He’s very whumpy, in a stoic silent way. He does not love fashion. He’s their dress up doll.
