dang I just now realized gobed means go to bed and isn’t some strange slang I missed out on

it does mean that, but it’s also terrible dumb slang, but you never missed out on something that exists between like 3 people only one(1) of which is on tumblr (it’s me).

years of roommating with best friend (not the case now) lead to us using incomplete sentences when leaving the house etc.

I’m going to bed changed to I’m gobed (pronounced like a fucking word because we were younger and dumber than now, shit at phonetically typing but like goh-bd) as in “You should gobed”

And this has been the one explanation I’ve offered for something I’ve maintained saying for years and years now because I’m stubborn and it’s a chill way to say it and who’s going to stop me?

anyways, I’m gobed. and I’m like 14 years old mentally.
