Holly’s birthday party
Each year we like to host a party for my springer spaniel Holly. This year she is turning three and I have a collection of adorable recipes, crafts and games to share with you. No party can begin without cute invitations. The free printable that I found online is so sweet and you can find millions out there to match any theme. Quite a lot of my friends have dogs so it was a nice excuse for a party! We decided to do it in our own garden with eight dogs on the guest list. For a lot of you eight dogs in your garden can seem extremely daunting, but there are plenty of other places, how about a picnic in the local park or beach? Next we started on the treats, a crunchy carrot cake with banana frosting and a peanut butter ice cream station. As if that wasn’t already enough, we spoilt the dogs even more with a gobbling game of burger toss, agility and pass the paw-cel! With treats in favour bags every dog left with a prize or a slobbery smile! As insane as it sounds, I still can’t wait for next year!
