hellooooo pretty people (˵◝ ⩊ ◜˵)
honestly this has kind of been a long time coming, and i’ve been thinking of just going silent without any prior notice, but i feel like i should say that, for the time being, i’ll be going on hiatus until further notice.
i’ve been very busy with school, and work, and life, and it’s in these next five months that i need to achieve everything that’ll get me to where i need to be in 2027. and for that, i just want to eliminate the looming cloud which is tumblr for a little while, and try to focus on other things.
i also want to just take that break to try and enjoy writing again. i’ve felt as if i’ve not been in the right mindset to write anything i enjoy recently, and i want to just zoom out for a while and really just write, with no promise of what might come of it.
but don’t worry, because this isn’t goodbye. i’ve still got things coming out in september, and november (those two months being the most notable fic drops), but the thing is, i need to actually finish them (ㅅ´ ˘ `) (੭;´ ⌂ `;)੭♡ and for that to happen, i need to get out of this space for a while. there’s also just been so much negativity and general ickiness here that i want to get myself out of just for the time being, with so many other writers going on hiatus and being hated on and whatever, it’s not good at all for my confidence, or motivation, or mental health. so i think it’s best i just leave for a little while.
