These homemade popsicles are a healthy and delicious way to cool off by the pool. Packed with fresh fruit and natural sweeteners, they're mom-approved for guilt-free snacking. Plus, they're super easy to make!
Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh fruit such as strawberries, kiwi, mango. 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup. 1/2 cup of coconut water or juice of choice. Popsicle molds. Popsicle sticks.
Instructions: Clean the fresh fruit and cut it up into little chunks. Put the chopped fruit, honey or maple syrup, and coconut water or juice in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for them to rise. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. The molds should be frozen for at least 4 hours or until they are solid. In order to get the popsicles out of the molds after they have frozen, run them under warm water for a short time. Enjoy these tasty treats by the pool!
