Choices! True Story So yesterday it was snowing 🌨 sleeting, raining🌧 and I needed to go to the stable to do the usual things, one of them being to pick up poop from Conrads field. I stood in the hallway and thought 'which shoes am I going to put on?' Well first question was 'Will I ride today? nope' 2nd was 'how muddy is that field going to be?' and 'Will I need a change of shoes?, probably' So I looked at my choices! Ariats - Nope too muddy, and I am not riding My Nice Jodphur boots - nope, too nice, don't want to ruin the leather (even though they had been waxed) Trainers - yikes no, too muddy and wet Wellies - I hate wellies, and my Polar Ice ones are too damn clumsy My Nice Rides - ABSOLUTELY!! 😃 You know how it is, poop picking means you need a foot to help that poop go onto your shovel, fork, or whatever you choose to pick up that poop! 😅 And I have to say these Jodphur boots are PERFECT! Water resistant, so my feet don't get wet, with reinforced hard plastic around the edges, heel and sole, they can wade through the mud, and wet grass, I don't care if they get mucky because that is what they are for, they are light, soft because of the memory sole, easy peasy to put on and take off, I mean it was an easy choice!
