I feel like Cookie and Schmitty were and still are Buzz's bullies from middle school to him. (If I'm correct Schmitty went to a catholic Grammer school, so he could've been transferred)

Schmitty: But we're afraid we just can't let tradition dissipate just because we've reached a certain age.
