It’s really hard to stay on track when my boyfriend is home from work and asks me to make him food every 5 minutes. I just made him some popcorn before going to the gym, which is my weakness. I tasted a bit and now I’m eating a whole bowl to myself. Sigh. The gym will have to wait until after my unplanned b/p popcorn session. Next thing I'll know is we're having pizza for dinner. Gosh.
