Ingredients: 1 cup caramel sauce. 1 1/2 cups popcorn, popped. 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream. 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
Instructions: In the bottom of a springform pan, spread out half of the caramel sauce. Put half of the popcorn on top of the caramel sauce. Spread half of the vanilla ice cream out evenly on top. Put half of the salted caramel sauce on top of the ice cream. Put down more caramel sauce, popcorn, ice cream, and then salted caramel sauce. Put the cake in the freezer for four hours or overnight until it is firm. Before you serve the cake, cover it with whipped cream. Add chopped peanuts to the whipped cream. Cut and serve.
