Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms. Separate the dough into two pieces. Color one part with pink food coloring and the other with green food coloring. Combine each part until the color is spread out evenly. Put the colored dough pieces in the fridge for about 30 minutes after wrapping them in plastic wrap. As directed in your buttercream rose cake pop cookie recipe, preheat the oven to the right temperature. Make a ball out of a small amount of pink dough. The green dough should be treated the same way. Press down a little on each color ball, and then stack the green one on top of the pink one. Roll the stacked dough gently into a cylinder shape to make a rose pattern. To see the rose pattern, cut the cylinder into thin rounds. Put a baking sheet under each round. Put a lollipop stick in the bottom of every round cookie. Follow the directions on the cake pop cookie recipe to bake the cookies. Be careful not to bake them too long. The rose-flavored buttercream frosting should be made after the cookies have been baked and cooled. Let the extra buttercream frosting drip off of each cookie pop as you dip it in it. Whisk the egg yolk and ice water together in a small bowl. Add it to the flour mix and pulse it a few times to make dough. In a 9-inch tart pan, press the dough into the bottom and up the sides. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Prick the bottom of the tart shell with a fork after it has been chilled. Put parchment paper around the edges and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Do a 15-minute blind bake. Take out the weights and parchment paper, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden. Allow to cool a bit. Put chopped macadamia nuts, sugar, melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Fill the tart shell that has already been baked. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the filling is set and has a little golden color to it. Let the tart cool all the way down before you serve it. If you want, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
