Having a baby was tough. Sleepless nights, barely getting any housework down between feeds and naps. Not that Cath would change it for the world, since she adored little Lena. But she felt as thought she was barely getting any time to think. Which was probably why, in the moment just after Lena had gone down, she had been stood at the table, staring off in thought. She only moved when she felt someone near her, her head turning in time to see Pope cleaning up the dishes in the sink. "You didn't need to do that," she replied, feeling a tad emotional at the gesture, "... you're too good to me Andrew."

It was hard not to feel like there were eyes on her, even as she worked away in the kitchen while Baz and his brothers discussed their next job with Smurf. Most of the time, she just faded into the background, only getting a small thank you when she would bring over food or fill up their drinks. Pope was different though. He noticed her. Turning her head slightly, she glanced back to see she was right, there had been a pair of eyes on her. As she locked in on his gaze, she cleared her throat, setting down what she had been doing. "I'm just going to get something from the car," she announced to the others, gaze not tearing away from Pope's, hoping he might follow as she slipped out.

BUNNY  GENTLY  LIFTS  HER  HEAD  FROM  THE  CUSHION     ...     her  lashes  fluttering  a  little  as  she  looks  at  pope.     she'll be honest, the  question  had  caught  her  a  smidge  off-guard.     it  wasn't  fully a  bad  one,     bunny  loved  her  family  and  she  didn't  mind  talking  about  them     ...     but  there  were  still  some  sore  spots here and there regarding them.     like  the  lack  of  older  siblings  in  her  life.
