Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Put a 10-inch skillet or pie dish that can go in the oven on high to heat it up. Whisk the flour, eggs, milk, and salt together in a bowl until everything is well mixed. Take the hot skillet out of the oven and add the butter. Let it melt and cover the bottom evenly. Put the pancake batter into the hot pan. Warm the oven up and put the pancake in it. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it's puffy and golden brown. Take it out of the oven, cut it up, and serve right away. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top or add fresh fruit and maple syrup if you want to.
