Jughead gives Betty tickets to the One Direction concert as a thank you for checking out the used car he got from Reggie in Popper Swapper, PEP Comics #404 (1986).

Note: The bit about One Direction only appears on the 2016 reprint in Archie 1000 Page Comics 75th Anniversary Bash. In the original, the tickets were for a "Bruce Springstern” concert.
