I'm so not good at goodbyes 😭This picture was taken yesterday at a farewell get together for my lovely best friend and namesake of my business, Clunk and her lovely kiddiewinks. She flies back to Australia today and it was just so hard to say goodbye. Every one of these people on this picture and such supportive beautiful souls. They are our #soulfamily. We will miss our lovely Clunk so much. She's the person that inspired my to start this business in the first place. She will be on the other side of the world in Australia but these days the world has become so much smaller. I can't physically hug her for a while but the love and happy memories we've shared these last 6 months are enough to last us till next time. I'm not sad it's over, I'm happy it happened . Happy happy Sunday ! • Birthday celebrations this weekend for my biggest girl . I ordered these AMAZING cookies from @sweetcharitycookies and they just wowed me. They are an absolute work of art . Michelle was fantastic and the customer service and taste was second to none. These were perfect too to give to her friends as I don’t think there will be much blowing out candles on a cake then sharing it out for a while 😳 I was allowed the Hedwig one and it was truly delish. What’s more is that all the money made from them goes to a children’s hospice Manchester. How amazing is that . BACK TO SCHOOL • Just said to my buddy - I’m not sure whether to laugh or cry. We’ve had such good times. Managed to balance businesses and kids and a woofer but gosh I’m exhausted 💤. We got though it - we had such fun and it was so hard - but we’re out the other side. I’ll miss these guys . They’ve grown in so many ways . I’ve learnt I have to look after myself a bit more . Cos if I’m good - I’m good at everything else. For now it’s a run, then some orders. You’re lovely lovely orders - thanks for supporting me- for those first 7 weeks I won the bread, now looking back, I have a fresh perspective and I think I’ve won the lottery - experiences, memories, good times and your life is rich in a different way. Hello hello ! My posts have been so few and far between the last few weeks and months. I can’t deny - balancing kids and a business and homeschool - it’s been exhausting ! I’m going to miss the kids so much when they go back to school but I’m ready to have a bit more time to work on orders and on future plans. I’m starting to bring my lead in times down to 3-4 weeks from order to dispatch.
