find french bands/musicians that you like and listen to them. looking up and translating lyrics helped me because they use slang and popular phrases that would be helpful in conversation. bonne chance :)

1. Favorite food?

hummus. hummus is everything. and of course my precious fruit. cherries, mango, watermelon are current faves.

2. if you could get a free one-way ticket to any place in the world, where would it be?

a ticket back home would be nice since i haven't bought that one yet :P 

but it it's about new places i'd like either Turkey or Ireland

3. Favorite song and/or music artist?

can't pick just one. OLIVIA, Younha, Tablo, Alexz Johnson, Outlandish, Mutemath... oh and f(x) is my fave k-pop group so i'm really excited for the new album!!

4. Do you play an instrument? If not, which one(s) would you wanna learn?

i can play a little piano and i started learning guitar but had to return it to my friend. will go back to learning these when i'm back home :)

5. Are you in any fandoms? Which ones?

i'm so bad at fandoms... i'm completely disconnected from US and British media so i know nothing about TV shows or movies, never read Harry Potter (nor watched all the movies), same with Star Wars, LOTR... yeah not my thing at all. i'd say k-pop because i try to keep up with new releases and started to draw again because i was inspired by other people drawing them here on tumblr :)

6. If you had to pick a new language to learn, what language would you pick?

i'm already learning a bunch of languages but if i had to pick a new one i think it'd be greek

7. What things make you happy? What do you do to cheer up when you’re sad?

doing things for other people, learning new words in another language, dancing in my room, looking up vegan restaurants to visit when i travel, planning a trip, deep breathing, singing, long showers, listening to favorite songs, skype with my sister

8. Favorite exercise or sport?

dancing and hiking for sure. i like swimming too

9. What is your least favorite word, and why?

i have a lot of words i don't like in spanish. "crepúsculo" is a good example. it just sounds weird, and it's too long. there's a lot of long words in spanish, not a fan of those.

10. Any hobbies?

singing, drawing, learning languages, organizing my music library (i can spend hours doing that i'm not kidding)

11. What do you want for your birthday? Also, when is your birthday? c:

nothing really, just being alive is more than enough :) april 21st!

Another one of these <3 Really happy of being in the top ten of some of my favorite people here on tumblr.

1 i made a deal with myself that when i'm doing something (like reading a book or watching a movie) and thoughts start popping into my head -why are you doing this, are you sure you want to spend your time on this?- i immediately quit. no buts. it has saved me from wasting time on crappy entertainment. and seriously, if something is really good, it wouldn't give my mind a break to start questioning it anyways.

2 similar to number 1, i've developed this habit of thinking "だめ" (means don't) every time i'm about to do something i know i will regret later. it usually stops me.

3 after 10+ years of doing it i stopped biting my nails. now i'm starting a collection of vegan nail polish

4 i like how my handwriting changes a lot depending on my mood. it can go anywhere from small and precise to a complete mess that even i can't read afterwards

5 i've made a habit of keeping track of myself. i'm constantly recording myself, writing down my thoughts and filling notebooks and sketchbooks. it isn't done in the most organized way (at all, all my stuff is kind of everywhere) but when i look back i can see how much i've grown and improved

Aww thanks guys! YO I GOT THAT OBNOXIOUSLY LARGE  BOWL AT TARGET! Sometimes I feel like it is too large...until I make my salad. Then I'm like "DAMN I GUESS MY SALADS ARE QUITE LARGE??!" I'm always so surprised lmao
