It's pathetic, really.
It'd certainly been a while, so much so that you had almost forgotten where the place was. Thankfully that was not the case, and you had found it and entered. You quickly scanned the area, curious as to who all was around. It felt a bit different this time around--you knew why, of course. Your dear Kordis wasn't there to accompany you, but it was all according to what you wanted. In your mind, this was the only way it should go.
You quickly enter in and this time head for the bar. No fancy dinner, unfortunate. You might order a drink, but that's not the reason you were around. You waited diligently. To see if she was here. If she was singing, doing the thing she did best. If you were anyone else...anyone else easily swayed by the sound of music you might consider yourself in love with it. But for now, you waited. Your time would soon come. Your heart fluttered a little at the thought.
