You realize that in the new MLP episode, one of the judges of the social actually fell for "trans" Big Mac? How is that trans-misogyny? Not only that, but Big Mac isn't trans. He was dressing up like a girl because he thought he needed to. The episode was about family, not gender, and if you want your grown girlfriend to stop crying then maybe she just needs to grow up.
yes, the trans woman who worries about how media will affect the self esteem of trans minors and how trans people are regarded in society is definitely the one who needs to grow up. As opposed to the person who felt the need to send a message clumsily misunderstanding the concept of transmisogyny and lashing out in an attempt to jump to the defence of a corporate-sponsored cartoon.
