definitely not at both questions tbh… i’m pretty sure i find them even more boring than izuru would because at least they’d understand what’s happening.

YES. my ultimate ship is hinasondam; i even commissioned it! izuru, however, does not work in poly ships at all because of the way they function so that’s far out of the question.

     For a kid, thunderstorms were never cool. They made loud noises, flashed bright lights, and shook things all over the place. It almost felt as if the world was ending, as things slammed around in the wind and the rain pounded against windows. However, Makoto was never really scared by it. Unless it got really bad, he was able to just tune it out. His little sister, Komaru, was not a fan of storms. She always hid under the table and covered herself with a blanket when they started. Makoto usually was the one to check up on her, but their parents usually took care of her if she got really scared.

     Tonight was one of those nasty storms. It seemed like a typhoon was about to hit, with the strong winds howling outside and the rain drops crashing into the glass. Makoto kept falling in and out of sleep, tossing and turning. Why did he feel so bothered...? He was a big kid! He shouldn’t be scared by this....! The thunder cracked, causing him to shiver in his bed. The lightning cracked, making him sit up and notice the figure standing at his door, clutching a stuffed rabbit and a pillow. Was that.... Komaru?

          “Ko-chan... Are you okay...? Did... you need to go to the potty...?” He asked, rubbing his eyes and sitting up. “Dad’ll take you...”

           {-- Surprise, surprise; someone whose eyes don’t blaze with murder and agony. She bruises, cold, rubble gashes marring once-limelight-ready skin. Distrust curves a lip into a tasteless sneer. The thin veneer of patience begins to wear and tear on sight. Fight or flight? Neither’s an option, given the state of the world, but this child doesn’t bode ill will. Then again, a child does stand before her, and the ire that infancy seems to carry these days could kill her. Flat tones echo, projected across sharp stones. {--

{/A day off of work, sure. Okay. But a day for her to rest? Not in the slightest. If anyone knew Aoi Asahina, they knew keeping still is almost nonexistent for her. Especially when she had more important matters to handle that wouldn't allow her to sit down. The Future Foundation offered her and her surviving solace, after their escape from Hopes Peak Academy. Still, its been too long. She's itching to get out there. To look in the ruins of what used to be her home. To at least see if she'd have a home to go to, her mom, her dad, Yuuta, her dog. Any of them? Did any of them survive this whole mess?

She wasn't supposed to be seen, she wasn't supposed to really be outside without anyone accompanying her. But those thoughts in the back of her head, she had to go. Her gut was telling her she needed to look.

Through piles of rubble, hiding on the sides of buildings when she thought she'd hear someone, she made her way to where she thought was home. But, she couldn't find her way. No signs, no nothing, everything was a mess. It was heartbreaking, to say the least. Still! If there were people walking around, there was a chance. There was a sliver of a chance.

Before too long, she found herself nearing an area, a bay. But she couldn't even tell properly where it was. All she knew was the water, even the water sounded sad. A comforting sound, to hear something familiar, it just...felt different. What was worse, was when she could hear someone. She didn't have anywhere to hide--! Oh no, what if she got caught by a FF member for being out on her own? Or one of those Despair kids she heard about? Best to act calm, Sakura-chan always told her, clear thoughts made for clear decisions.

Carefully peering over her shoulder, she saw them. A girl, probably younger than she was. Cute though! She was adorable, kind of familiar too. Still, a smile, and a polite wave. Being friendly always brought friendliness in return, right? All she had to do was try.}
