Finished product! Changed a LOT of stuff and I think it came out better than I had anticipated. Had to use another Spy Model just to fix the hand but thankfully I figured out I didn’t have to re-pose him.
At first, I was going to have this as Spy flirting then dropping the Scout with the whole ‘well off to visit your mother’ line but then I went this route. He now has an Engie mask because this Scout’s owner has a soft spot for that soft-spoken good ol’ boy. >w>
My pyro is in the back contemplating all of her life choices as an enemy scout bleeds out at her feet with the Axtinguisher embedded in his gut and is probably about to finish him off before the Medic arrives with backup. She’s not even sure how this started or what Spy is even doing. Her teammates are weird.
This was a LOT of fun yet hard but I think I’m getting the hang of it slowly. I can’t wait to do more ‘Draw the Squad’ poses. Instead of doing the initial glitter around Spy’s head as the meme had drawn, I used this tutorial to create a dreamy atmosphere for it in photoshop until I learn the lighting techniques in SFM. I know Photoshop much better than I do SFM.
