I need to know how the Sarley Hawyers came to be.
The best reason I came up with was that they were made and placed on each level so Harley can broadcast himself anywhere at a moment's notice to be hands-on with an experiment, but this does come with the caveat that Leith wouldn't be allowed anywhere near where one is considering Harley would most likely try to kill him. Leith did make it sound more like Harley was supposed to be confined to a monitor in the tape where Harley woke up as an experiment rather than have the ability to move around and offer physical help, unless he changed his mind when he realized that Harley worked better showing rather than telling.
If this were true, we should have ran into a couple of them throughout Chapter 4, either inactive or wandering about (The Doctor being out for his walkies). Honestly surprised that wasn't the case since he could have planted them in places he knew the player would have been just to terrorize them further, like around his other organs. From there, the player could either electrocute them or pull a wire/node from the body that would make it inoperable to defeat them.
I don't think Harley made them himself since his specialty seems to be more biology and organic materials than anything pertaining to robotics and engineering.
Also, did Harley choose the eye for his screen or was that White? Speaking of the eye, how does he see? Is it a camera built into the monitor or what? I'm the type that would want to take him apart to see how he worked XD
