Pos Hour: My partner and I just celebrated our one year anniversary and we just got back from a romantic weekend up in the mountains! It was amazing being able to sit in front of the fireplace and have some hot coco and just sit together on the couch and just BE together.

happy positivity hour! today was senior night at xc and im high key sad that’s it’s almost over woah and i didn’t think i would be this emotional but here i am:(( but on the plus side i get to run my favorite course tomorrow which i am pumped for! hope your day was good!

Positive - I broke up with my so to focus on my mental health and my therapist told me she was proud of me & that me noticing the signs that that was something I needed shows how much progress I’ve made regardless of if I feel like I have or not :’) My other friend today said to me “it’s okay. You’ve had a bad day. Or 6.” & I was so sad about it but that made it better 😌
WOW. that’s absolutely amazing i’m very proud of you!! a very bittersweet situation for sure and you might be a little more sad now but hopefully overall this well help get you back up to the place you deserve to be in <3

You doing positive hour? Cause today, I was told that the guy I like—who has been messing with my head for months—slept with a girl I hate. Not the good part. The GOOD part is that I finally found the thing I needed to let him go and oh my sweet Jesus does it feel good to let him go.
that..sucks? but also? like i get this so hard. i had a similar situation over a year ago and it made me let a similar guy go and it truly is FREEING. go listen to clean on repeat for a few hours i’m so proud of you babe :)

positive things: I just saw my niece/nephew/(is there a neutral term for this?)'s ultra sound for the first time i'm crying.. i'm going to be an aunt for the first time!
i think people are trying to make “nibling” the term kinda like how sibling is gender neutral instead of brother or sister!! :) it hasn’t become super popular yet but hopefully it gains speed soon :) that’s VERY exctiing; congrats to you and the parents!!!! ahhhhhh!!! babies!!!!! so soft
