so i babysit these adorable kids, 6 and 8 years old. and sometimes we do rapid fire where i ask them a bunch of questions like "favorite color" or "if you could go anywhere in the world right now where would you go?" and today i asked them who their favorite artist is and they both said "taylor swift" and i asked what their favorite song is and the 8 yo girl said "this is why we can't have nice things" and the 6 yo said "delicate" and i almost passed out it was SO CUTE

I'm 93,000 words into my first novel and I'm not far off being done after working on it for 14 years!!

if the positivity is still going on!!!! recently i started dating my best friend and neither of us really saw it coming and we don't know how we're going to do this, both of us still need to come out to our families, but we're in this together and i couldn't be happier <3

positive hour: my life doesn’t make a lot of sense right now and I’m really just feeling my way through it but I’ve gotten a lot more comfortable doing that? i write a lot more now about feelings that have passed and it’s so much nicer to process things that way for me. it’s really grounding and keeps my feet on the ground in the midst of a lot of chaos.

I spent the last hour playing the piano. I’m not good but it gives me peace and i played holy ground. Evidence on my last post lol

Positive thing: my doctors receptionist is a swiftie and we talk about her when I go in and today my doctor said okay schedule her 2 weeks out and she said “okay so that’s the twelfth” and I gave her a look and just said “should we do the 13th?” And we both could not stop laughing over it and my doctor goes oooookay you two have fun with that, go ahead and talk about the Ellen interview for the 20th time, I’ll see you in 2 weeks 😂
