Acceptance:
I'm applying for jobs and it's really hard when a lot of the companies I want to work for, don't want people who look like I do. Little do they know I'm excellent at what I do because I've had to prove myself time and time again to contradict peoples' perception of who I am based on my look. Diversity creates discussion and progress, so it is the company that is missing out and I'll find my place no doubt. I have something lined up that I'm feeling super positive about. I love the way I am and the person I am growing to be. My self acceptance is the only acceptance I need.
