I hope you'll all realise how lovely you are. And that you feel great today ❤️

Bad days are inevitable, but that does not mean that your whole day will be bad. Rather than dwelling on the bad parts of your day, try to focus on the good parts. Focusing on anything that you deem to be a positive for that day can greatly improve your mindset. No matter how small the good parts of your day may be, they are the most important. Let yourself be optimistic about what good came out of your day and bring those positive thoughts into the next day. After you have focused your energy into thinking optimistically, try to look at the negative parts in a different way. Think of ways in which you can overcome the negatives and turn them into positives.

It's okay to not always feel okay. While certain days may be harder than others, do NOT be too hard on yourself. No one is 100% all day, every day. It is more than okay to have a bad day, but you cannot let that be all you focus on. Start focusing on the successes of your good days rather than the obstacles you face on the bad days. Focus on the fact that you are still here, that you are still fighting, and let yourself be proud of that.

Allot some time for yourself each day to appreciate how far you have come. Starting out your morning by writing positive affirmations is a fun and easy way to get your day started off right. Whether you have one affirmation to write or ten, you will be amazed at how much of a positive impact that this may have on your day.
When I began writing my daily positive affirmations, I had no idea just how much of an effect this would have on my life. I begin each morning saying the same affirmation to myself and go from there. My favorite affirmation is, "I am doing my best and it is enough". I repeat this statement to myself as needed throughout my day and I have to say that it definitely makes a big difference on my outlook for that day's events.
If you can't think of any positive affirmations to start with, you can look some up & see which one you feel works best for you. Change the wording as much as you need to make it work for you.

No matter what you may be going through now or what you may have gone through in the past, never let yourself forget that YOU MATTER. You are still here, you are still fighting, and you are more than worth the fight.

Making mistakes is a part of life, but those mistakes do not define who you are as an individual. If you start to belittle yourself over a mistake you made, step back and focus on what you have learned from this mistake instead. While mistakes are not fun to make, a learning experience comes out of each one. Keep moving forward and let these lessons guide you through life.
