Nashua man arrested on multiple drug sales, possession charges

NASHUA – A Nashua man is jailed pending a Nashua district court hearing following his arrest this week on multiple charges of selling and possessing narcotic drugs, police said. Donald C. Eaton, 49, of 9 Strawberry Bank Road, Apt. 4, is held at Valley Street jail on $50,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear at a probable cause hearing on April 21 at 8:15 a.m., according to court documents. Police said Eaton’s arrest followed a several-month investigation by the department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division. Eaton is charged with nine counts of possession of a narcotic drug with the intent to distribute, along with three counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug – Oxycodone Hydrochloride. Arrest reports allege that Eaton sold quantities of Oxycodone to an undercover police officer on March 24 and 26 and on April 1 at locations in Nashua. The possession with intent to distribute charges allege Eaton had in his possession narcotic drugs, including Oxycontin, Oxycodone, Trazadone, Suboxone and Diazepam, along with a quantity of amphetamines and intended to sell the drugs. Donald Eaton, 49, of 9 Strawberry Bank Road, Apt. 4, faces charges that include nine counts of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute, along with three counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug – Oxycodone Hydrochloride, according to police. Eaton, who was held on $50,000 cash or surety bail, was the subject of a several-month police investigation into allegations of drug activity. Merrimack teen faces drug sales, possession charges

MERRIMACK – A local man is in jail pending a February arraignment on multiple drug-related charges in connection with his December arrest, police said Tuesday. Ethan Durost, 19, of 3 Birch St., was arrested Dec. 13 after a month-long police investigation into the sale of illicit drugs in Merrimack, police said. Durost is charged with one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and three counts of unlawful sale of marijuana, according to police. They said the investigation was launched after police received information that Durost was selling quantities of marijuana out of his Birch Street home. Police said that after undercover officers purchased marijuana from Durost on three separate occasions, the sought and received a warrant to search his residence and issued a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested without incident at his home, police said. Officers searching the home found additional quantities of marijuana. Police said their investigation is now focusing on other occupants of the home and that further charges are expected to be lodged. Durost is due to be arraigned on Tuesday, Feb.
