Thankful for Soup 🥣

I miss being able to open my mouth all the way and chew things. But I’m thankful for soup (as silly as that sounds). I think I will invest in a thermos so I can bring soup to class. I’m a bit tired of struggling to gnaw through a granola (luna) bar, despite how soft they are. Soup is good for you too! It’s mostly water (hydration and low cal) and lean meat (protein) and vegetables (vitamins and fiber). Soup’s always been a favorite food, even before my situation.
