We love it when people say nice things about us especially when they say it in writing. ✍️ October 30, 2018 Dear Fred Revoir, I went into Cardinal Honda Saturday morning for what I thought was a problem with my power steering or transmission. Something was “leaking”. Well I was escorted into the garage and could only think how bizzarre. it’s been my experience to be called down to the desk over the intercom. So by now you probably know the story of the possum in an accident. Yes it was my car. And while I can think of other ways to spend money, I am very grateful my car was taken in and I was reassured (before even knowing the issue) that some kind of remedy would be found. It’s my pleasure to extend gratitude to you and your service department for all their professionalism. I did thank them profusely before leaving Saturday but please do thank them again. They handled the matter and threw in a bit of humor. I mean, what can you do? Who knew?
