whats yalls favourite (vegetarian) pre and post run snacks. I typically eat an everything bagel with peanut butter before and after a run but im fuckin SICK of that so uh
made some really dry protein balls today (its like oatmeal + chocolate chip, honey, peanut bjtter, water, and some oils nd shit mixed in with the store bought oatmeal and choccy chip mix) got some drinkable yogurt, I'm sure I'll get sick of this like I did with my granola bars, bagels, tofu noodle soup... so yea drop some suggestions 😳 keep it fairly healthy and only requirement is vegetarian lol. also prefer something that doesn't need too much prep time, or that can be made in bulk and refrigerated or stored somewhere for atleast a week
