Safety Tools Lanyard & Belt Set
The scaffold belt is the mark of a tradesman, a hard-working person who knows how to get the job done. Using a tool belt and scaffolding safety harness correctly will help ensure your safety while you work. As an active worker you need to have your tools handy and in order. Carrying your tools on a belt allows you to keep your hands free for your tasks. Tool belts are commonly used in a great variety of occupations including; electricians, carpenters, steelworkers, plumbers and construction workers among many others. Even if you don't use one at work, chances are you use a tool belt for your home maintenance and renovation work.
It is important to secure tools and to guard sharp edges. A falling tool is subject to damage, and can also cause injuries to your feet, or to workers on a level below you. A sharp tool such as a knife or chisel can stab you if it is carried unsafely. You must choose the right tool belt assembly to keep your implements safe and secure. Pockets, pouches and slots should be of the correct size and shape to keep your tools from falling out. The belt should be made of a sturdy material, reinforced for the points of tools. Fasteners should be effective and resistant to wear. Sharp tools such as knives, saws, hatchets, axes and other cutting or chopping tools must be guarded by scabbards or sheaths to prevent injury and tool damage. Tool belts must never be used as safety belts for working at heights. Other safety products are neccessary for the scaffolders: Safety harness and lanyard, Scaffold Lanyard for tools. Tools lanyard is Queen Group improve and developed. At first we found that scaffolding workers use the bi-hex spanners ,ratchet wrench , hammer usually dropped from high scaffolding . but if Scaffolders tie a rope to the tools ,they decline the work efficiency . also they use the rope not strong , when the spanner and hammer drop down, the rope will break. So we design the new type tools lanyard , use high technology material, so the tools drop ,but the rope will be a buffer, So the buffer tools lanyard reduced the accident of scaffolding tools dropped. Our tools lanyard test by falling experiment. So make sure the quality is good. The leather belt we made suitable for spring level ,scaffolding hammer, spanners , ratchet wrench, tape. The tool belt we use high quality head skin, and strong. Long time life of use is our leather belt.we made the tools lanyard and tools belt adhering to the spirit of the craftsman,we are strictly on ever details. Safety tools lanyard and belt warmly welcome by the people who have over head work. Improvement of work efficiency is our goal.
Scaffolding Spanners & Hammer
Queen Group is one of the first scaffolding hammer & Spaner suppliers in China. A scaffold spanner usually has a box-shaped or 'socket' head on one (single-ended) or both ends (double-ended) of the shaft (or handle). The term 'scaffold spanner' is also used to refer to podgers, usually with ratcheted ring heads. Scaffold spanners often use a 12-point (bi-hex) profile which can reduce the space that is needed to turn the fastener because it provides more possible positions for the spanner to fit onto the head of the fastener. The length of most scaffold spanners is between 200mm and 300mm (8-12").
Scaffold spanner head pivots around joint so it is flexible. The socket heads of scaffold spanners are flexible, which is useful in obstructed spaces. Some have a double head on one end which spins within a stirrup. Titanium is a stronger, lighter metal than steel so is great for scaffold spanners which need to be used all day. Most scaffold spanner heads are made from steel but some are made from titanium, a much harder, lighter metal. It is more expensive than steel but well worth the investment if you are erecting scaffolding every day. Types of handle Users of scaffolding spanners use them all day, every day. Handles are one of the main differences between scaffold spanner designs. Because they are designed to be used every day, all day, by the user, each person has a preference for handle shape and a range has been developed. The largest width of the handle is usually given in the product description. Scaffold spanner with round cylindrical spanner. Round Round handles are cylindrical with a diameter of 14 or 16mm. They can be knurled (see below) or smooth. Flat sided scaffold spanner handle is easier to use. Flat handles are made of a cylindrical base with two parallel flat sides that have been ground away from the handle. The flat sides can help with keeping the user's hand in an optimal position while using the spanner. Scaffold spanner with a knurled cross hatched etched handle. Knurled handles have a cross-hatch of lines etched into them. This improves the user's grip on the handle. Scaffold spanner with a poker handle which has a bulge to fit into the palm of your hand. Poker handles are cylindrical handles that bulge in the middle, taper towards the end and have a knob on the end. This is quite a comfortable handle to use as the bulge fits in the palm of the hand and the knob prevents the hand slipping off the end of the tool. On the other hand, the bulge makes the handle thicker so it is less likely to fit into a confined space. Scaffold spanner with a stepped handle for better reach. Stepped handles have a thinner section near the head and a thicker section where the user grips the tool. The thinner section allows more movement of the spanner so it is better able to turn fasteners in tight spaces. Scaffolding spannes, scaffolding racthet wrenches , tools lanyard , scaffold podger hammer , claw hammer , opened jaw podger sappnner , regger’s podger,Gin block , tape measure , toggle tie ,we have all kinds different production about scaffolding tools , we can provide you the whole system scaffolding tools for your choice. Our scaffolding tools have our own design and easy to use , the tools life of using is longer than other factory made . we also use expensive material like Ti-spanner, Aluminum spanners , and some high-tech materials also use in tools lanyard.

A safety barrier is a component which prevents passage into a dangerous area. It is commonly used to mitigate risk in the Hazard-Barrier-Target model, as studied in safety science. Physically separate the work area and the traveled way are designed to resist penetration of an out-of control vehicle, and have properties which redirect an out-of-control vehicle back on to the road away from the work area. Components Hard barriers are fixed into the ground as a bollard or gate, removable on stands, or clipped to a structure. Regardless of the barrier type, the components and overall assembly will be similar. The material of rails used to stop the flow of objects into the protected area must be durable and strong enough to withstand any impacts related to the environment in which it is installed; for example, a guard rail on the side of the road must be able to contain and safely stop or drastically slow down a vehicle weighing up to 40 tons (cable barriers are most effective against tractor trailers), whereas a pedestrian safety barrier only needs to be tall enough, designed with a lattice effect to keep people from climbing through it, or highly visible when being used to display caution. Applications Safety barriers vary depending on their application. In an industrial setting, a safety barrier may be a fence or window, designed to keep the operator away from moving parts or other hazards. Railings should be closed cornered with rounded or flared edges to prevent any further damage to personnel or machinery in the event of a collision. Safety barriers can also be used to protect the corners of fixtures, support columns, exposed pipes or cables, or designated areas on the work floor. In an automotive setting, the barrier may be a traffic barrier or Jersey barrier, separating lanes/directions of traffic flow. In crowd control, terraces use crush barriers to reduce the risk of human crush in large crowds. Safety guard rail post &barrier for construction of Queen made is your safe guard.
