Hello! We are happy to announce that our Bottom!Jongin fic fest is officially underway. Due to immense support that we’ve seen so far, we have decided to see it as a greenlight in making this project happen. The mods here originally gathered to build this project together when realizing that there hasn’t been a fic fest for Bottom!Jongin yet and we think Bottom!Jongin lovers out there have been deprived of this kind of opportunity for far too long.
Uniniverse is indeed the first ever Bottom!Jongin fanfics and fanarts/fanedits fest. Our goal is to provide the EXO fandom with more Bottom!Jongin related fanworks. Not only are we accepting fanfics but we also strongly encourage the submissions of fanarts and fanedits throughout the running of this fest.

TIMELINE:
PHASE ONE: Prompting Period
(Date: 6th March - 13th March 2017)
The Prompting Period is until 13th of March, giving participants approximately one week of submitting as much prompts as they want.
PHASE TWO: Prompt Viewing
(Date: 17th March 2017)
If participants don’t see a prompt that they like but still want to participate, they can simply pick a prompt that they feel they can work around to incorporate their own ideas.
PHASE THREE: Claiming Period
(Date: 22nd March)
The claiming period will be open throughout the fest in order for the participants to choose and pick which prompt they want without feeling like they’re being hurried. After picking a prompt, all participants must head straight to our post and fill in the sign up form on sign ups opening (claiming of prompts is on a first come, first served basis). You will receive a message from us right after you sign up to confirm your prompt and the mods will inform you if the prompt you chose is already taken so you can pick another one.
PHASE FOUR: Claiming Closed/Confirmation Message
(Date: 1st April 2017)
Sign ups closing. we’ll send a confirmation message via every participant’s provided email on the given date of confirmation so always be sure to check your email and reply accordingly. (communication is important)
PHASE FIVE: Progress Check In
(Date: 4th - 10th of May 2017)
6 weeks after our confirmation message, you will be required to send in the latest draft of your fic (with the fanfics having a minimum of 1,000 words.) This is just to make sure you are on the right track as you work. Failure to do so will have you assumed as a withdrawal and you will not be able to submit a final fic to the fest.
PHASE SIX: Deadline of Submissions
(Date: 12th - 18th June 2017)
4 weeks since our progress check in, participants had already 39 days to write a minimum of 1,500 worded bottom!jongin fic or more! (There is no maximum). We will post the submissions form in our twitter account for you to submit your work to us. Failure to meet requirements stated above will result in the fic being dropped from the fest and not being posted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you need an extension or to withdraw, please contact any of the Uniniverse mods as soon as possible so we can handle it. The more you communicate with us, the more we will be able to assist you in return.
PHASE SEVEN: Fic Posting
(Date: TBA)
The most anticipated part of the fest! During the Posting period, the fics will be posted along with your credited prompt on AO3.
FINAL PHASE: Reveals
(Date: TBA)
This will take place after all fics are posted, so be sure to communicate with your favorite authors/artists and send your regards to them once they are revealed!
Uniniverse will follow the Korea Standard Time (KST).
