I'm not the same anon as before, but i actually came for the same reason! it's just the files that are shared on ashley's 4shared, for the lea gifs from the lea michele fc pack that's linked on your "our work" page. like the other anon said, folders 5-11 are there, but 1-4 are missing for whatever reason. I would love if they were reuploaded!

tbh, i have no idea where they went or why they disappeared - they were there at one point, and somewhere along the line apparently just. were not. unfortunately at this point i’ve added even more gifs to my gif folder, and a fair number of them come from sources that request not to have their gifs reposted, and weeding those out from ones that can be would be near impossible. i will say that lu posts very, very comprehensive gif hunts and simply searching through her uploads would give you the same content, just, unfortunately, with a little more work - though, if you’ve downloaded the latter part of my gif hunts, you’ve already got half the organization system worked out so it should be easier for you!!sorry for the inconvenience!

Absolutely! I had planned to do some soon, it’s just a little bit harder since 99% of her posts these days are of her working out (which can get boring after awhile #srynotsry) but I’ll probably do a mixture of insta/recent photos of events and everything in the next week or so, so keep an eye out!

I know this post is a couple days late, but I hope you’ll all forgive me for life getting in the way of things. Earlier this week I asked you all to reply to a post about the future of the rp and what I as an admin and we as a group can do to fix the problems that we currently face. I’ve taken all of your thoughts and suggestions into mind, and I’ve finally come to a decision.

Unfortunately, I think that the best thing for this rp is to close CruisingGleeks for the foreseeable future. It may just be until the summer holidays when people are able to rp more, it could just be until I manage to find a suitable co-admin to help take on some of the work this rp requires. At this point, I’m not quite sure, but I’ll definitely try to contact everyone to let the know when the rp will be reopening. 

While this rp might be closing, feel free to use the premise of this rp to gorm 1x1′s or such with other members, but I really would appreciate it if I (blainchelwrites) or the rp main were credited. That being said, it should go without saying that this plot is not to be copied for other groups to use. 

Thank you all so much for choosing to apply here and for taking a chance and trusting a first-time admin with a plot as unique as this one. I really appreciate all of you - whether you were here from day dot or slightly further on. Thank you for your characters, your hard work, your plots, your enthusiasm, your feedback, all the hard work you’ve put in to make this rp what it is.

This is a bit of a delayed post and for that I apologise! On the 29th of December, the Voice of the Seas officially completed her maiden voyage and arrived safely in Barcelona, Spain! With her decks now empty and in need of a thorough clean before she heads out again, the crew have been afforded some time to go out and explore Barcelona and neighbouring cities before they leave port on the 2nd of January. Just what will the Gleeks get up to while they have the opportunity to experience New Years abroad?

In the next day (hopefully!) I will be posting the itinerary for the next voyage and updating the activities sidebar and cabin listings so keep an eye out for those! If anyone wanted to suggest a theme night or event they would like to see happen, send the main a message!

For the next two days, the Gleeks will still be living in their assigned cabins as they have the past two weeks, but are free to go and explore once their workplaces have been properly cleaned and restocked for her next voyage. For Lifeguards, this means draining, cleaning and refilling the pools. For Youth Activities staff it’s a chance to find out where those adorable little cherubs stuffed pieces of sandwich and glued broken crayons, as well as planning and organizing new activities for the kids. 

For Entertainment staff it’s time to tune those instruments properly and use the peace and quiet to practise a few new pieces to swap around in their setlist - because nobody wants to hear the same old stuff over and over. Bartenders and Waitstaff will have to make sure that no glass, no plate, no teaspoon has a single mark on them. For Retail Assistants it’s time to do inventory and see just how many more Bon Voyage Cruises logo tees they need to order in. 

Basically - if you think it needs to be done, headcanon or play out having your character do it! Have two barstaff characters? Have them chat while polishing glasses or making sure there’s plenty of peanuts to fill the bowls! Two Concierge staff? Talk about the stress that preparing for the onslaught of new passengers brings! There’s plenty of options to be explored - just as there are places in Spain!

Our application count is still at one (1) app, so we'd love to see more before we accept on Tuesday! We have a reservation for Sebastian Smythe also, but that shouldn't stop you from applying for him or anyone else! A reminder that we'll also be opening cruisinggleeks for play on Tuesday, with our first mini event planned for Thursday. Among the passengers in their swimsuits and casual wear, you may even spy a Storm Trooper or two roaming the decks, and perhaps a possible appearance from Darth Vader himself!

Hello everyone! Now that we have our first couple of members, we will be opening play on Tuesday the 15th of December. If all members could ensure that they have sent in their links, have a clean and easy to read theme enabled that has a link to the main and a simple navigation system, as well as their ask and submit boxes turned on so that a link to the OOC blog can be sent out. Acceptances will be happening all day Tuesday, so that everyone gets the chance to begin when everyone else does! 

In the next couple of days a page of information on the maiden voyage for the Voice of the Seas will be posted. It will contain how many days the cruise will run for, what activities are happening, as well as other information that can be referenced in-game. We’ll also be having our first mini-event on Thursday the 17th of December and you probably don’t want to miss out on it, especially if you know how to use the force.

Please be aware that the following pages have been updated, so you may want to give them another once-over!
