"Why was he translated into this section?"

"He had a breakdown after watching the recent news. He injured one of the other participants in the middle of that. Saihara to be exact. He then started to run, until his abdominal pain grew to be worse. We were able to doze him off after that, but we translated him here to keep a closer look at him."
