Thank you everyone that replied on that one post. I'm doing better today. Saturday was just an awful mental day, but luckily its passed. I'll probably keep having days like that off and on, but I'm trying my best, so thank you again for dropping a line and helping me kick that bitch off my property lol.

It's 2:30pm and I'm just finally getting out of bed.

Something in me is so fundamentally broken I can't function anymore. Breathing is extremely labor intensive now.

Why does insurance have to be a mon-fri, 8am-5pm schedule. Why aren't they open on Saturdays...that would help so much.

So I've lost 10 lbs and 2-3 inches of my waist due to anxiety(partially depression?) since the beginning of May... It's now the first week of June and I still can't eat.

I'm just tired. I'm mostly okay now, but the anxiety is still clinging to my stomach. I need it to lessen its hold before I can count my ribs.

Ooo yeah, time for some medical history nerding out. Got my hands on Justin and Sydnee's Sawbones and I'm delighted af by what I'm already seeing.

Started out as a Medical history podcast tossed in with Justin's crazy commentary and Sydnee's exasperated, and cringing 'yes, we actually did this to ppl, unfortunately' tone- it's a fun ride. Can't wait to start reading in depth about this stuff.
