As you may have read, the UK is having a heat wave, there isn't any AC and the sun comes up at 4am and goes to down at 10pm ... I initially really panicked for my daughters sleep routine. Prior to the pandemic we had travelled very regularly with my daughter. For example, between the age of 6 weeks and 18 months old she had made multiple trips with us including Australia, Bangkok, Cambodia, Chiang Mai, England, Phuket, Scotland, Singapore and Vietnam. I can honestly say that her sleep had never faltered. My fear for our sleep, and our sanity, was real this time though ...
