Our lunch at Post Perth CBD situated within the beautiful refurbished heritage State Buildings. Mains: Valley Spring lamb, zucchini, black olive, smoked tomato (aud36); Market fish (barramundi), sweet corn, smoked pancetta, shellfish cream (aud36) and Tara Valley beef fillet, cafe de Paris, watercress, jus (aud38). Also pictured is the complimentary bread to share. The bread had a crisp crust and the middle was soft. Loved it so much that I asked where they sourced it from (hoping to get it another day) but it's made in-house. 😍 My order was the lamb and it was cooked beautifully. Lamb was tender pink and the zesty sauce that came along with it complimented the flavours.
